POLICIES AND GUIDELINES:
The Office of the University Registrar is authorized to issue the following certifications:
- Grades in previous semester
- True Copy of Grades
- Enrolment
- Units earned in College or in the Graduate School
- Weighted Average of grades
- English as a medium of instruction
PROCEDURE:
- Fill up an application form for the certification being requested.
- Present your application form at he Accounting office and pay the required certification fee
- Present your receipt of payment and application form the staff-in-charge of issuing certifications at the Registrar’s office.
- You may wait for the release of the certification (subject to the availability of the Registrar to sign the document)
