General Description of the Office
The Registrar’s Office serves as the University’s central service and academic support unit to:
- Conduct and manage processes related to registration of students
- Preparation of list of subjects to be offered every term
- Preparation of the schedule of all subject offerings every term
- Collect and record student academic information
- Coordinate and produce official enrollment and academic certification from academic records
- ProvIDe support for determining academic eligibility and academic progress
- Process transfer credentials for outgoing undergraduate students
- Officially respond to requests for information about students and programs, and manages access to and release of student academic and educational information
- Prepare for commencement and graduation
- Administer in-house printing of diplomas and Transcript of Records (TOR)

Transaction of the Registrars Office
- Issuance of Transcript of Record, Diploma, Certifications, Student Academic Records.
- Submission of Enrolment Lists and HEMIS to CHED
- Submission of Enrolment and Terminal Reports to TESDA
- Authentication of Academic Records (Graduate and non-graduate)
- Withdrawal of enrolment
- Adding/ dropping of subjects
