Next to Bilyson Alejo’s ranking top one in the 2013 Librarian Licensure Examination and the 100 percent passing rate of USL in the same board exam, the Bachelor in Library and Information Science (BLIS) program of the University has another great achievement.
Danoleene Marie P. Tugade (BLIS-3) and Charmaine C. Masuli (BLIS-4) were hailed champion in the 22nd Library and Information Science (LIS) Wizard held at the University of the Philippines (Diliman) on November 29, 2013.
