The School of Hospitality and Vocational Education envisions to become a leading provider of responsive tourism, hospitality and technical-vocational education, committed to produce competent and dynamic Christian professionals and practitioners for local and global demands.
Mission
As a leading provider of hospitality and technical-vocational education, SHVED is committed to produce highly trained graduates who are God-centered, responsible and globally competent. As such, it strives to:
- provide students with the desired knowledge, skills and values needed for gainful employment and entrepreneurial opportunities locally and internationally;
- develop God-centered, responsible, competent and globally competitive professionals and practitioners;
- develop in the students the desire and determination to constantly enhance their competencies through continuing education, researches, community extension services and linkages with local and international tourism institutions.
